Responsibilities:
As the responsible leader, you manage the Finance and Controlling department and ensure a professional technical, personnel, and organisational orientation.
You actively shape the financial management of the office and are responsible for budgeting, global budget, cost and performance accounting, reporting, and the annual financial statement.
You support decision-makers with precise financial information, meaningful evaluations, and relevant key figures.
Quality assurance within the department is also part of your responsibilities.
You identify improvement potentials early, further develop processes, and take responsibility in cross-departmental projects.
In exchange with cantonal partner offices such as financial control and the finance office, you ensure professional and reliable collaboration.
Qualifications:
A higher education or further training in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or controlling forms your professional foundation.
Your leadership experience enables you to lead a team clearly, appreciatively, and development-oriented.
You are proficient in financial planning, accounting, budget processes, reporting, as well as cost and performance accounting.
You analyse complex contexts confidently and derive practical solutions and well-founded decision bases from them.
Independence, organisational strength, and a pronounced quality awareness characterise your working style.
You communicate confidently in German.
