- Timely processing of order confirmations, monitoring delivery dates and goods returns, and invoice corrections
- Promote additional sales through optimal advice and retain customers, as well as general customer support (D/F/E)
- You actively support your colleagues in field sales and act as the interface to the various departments
- You serve as a contact person for customers and partners (interface)
- Professional experience in internal sales/customer service
- Very good language skills in German and French, English skills are an additional great plus
- Very good IT knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Professional handling of customers
- International field of activity
- At least 5 weeks of holiday

- You process offers and orders (in writing and by phone)- Timely processing of order confirmations, monitoring delivery dates and goods returns, and invoice corrections
- Promote additional sales through optimal advice and retain customers, as well as general customer support (D/F/E)
- You actively support your colleagues in field sales and act as the interface to the various departments
- You serve as a contact person for customers and partners (interface)
Profile
- Commercial or technical basic training with further education in the commercial field- Professional experience in internal sales/customer service
- Very good language skills in German and French, English skills are an additional great plus
- Very good IT knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Professional handling of customers
