Project Management Coordinator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs reinforcement in the project management team! You will take on the following exciting tasks:

• Support in project structuring and coordination of work packages as well as deadlines

• Preparation of project reports and processing of financial data

• Invoice monitoring and coordination with the billing department

• Creation and maintenance of offers, project structures and customer orders in SAP S4/HANA (modules PS and SD)

• Ensuring the correct mapping of contracts and orders in the system

• Maintenance of preliminary planning based on sales planning

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Commercial basic training with a technical reference or corresponding further training in the technical-commercial field

• Experience with SAP S4/HANA, ideally in the modules PS (Project System) and SD (Sales and Distribution)

• Strong team and communication skills as well as an open, cooperative manner

• Independent working style with high initiative and organisational talent

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of English and French is a plus
