ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

Are you looking for a new challenge in IT where you can use your skills to help others? In this role, you take responsibility for the technical operation and support employees with their requests. You ensure that the IT work environment is stable and reliable. Your focus is on the structured handling of requests and ensuring smooth operations. You have the opportunity to gradually take on additional responsibility in the service desk.
Responsibilities:
- You support employees with technical questions and disruptions in daily operations
- In this role, you analyse problems in hardware, software and network areas
- As an ICT supporter, you assist production IT with systems and technical processes
- You support the engineering department with applications and technical requirements
- In this role, you receive incoming tickets at 1st level and process them accordingly
- As an ICT supporter, you prepare new workplaces and set them up technically for new employees
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist in system technology or a comparable qualification
- You bring experience in 1st and 2nd level support with confident fault analysis
- You have sound knowledge of Microsoft SCCM for software distribution and client management
- You have experience with Intune for mobile device and endpoint management
- You are confident in handling Active Directory and Entra ID for users and permissions
- You have good English skills, both spoken and written
