System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Design, installation and configuration of IT systems as well as further development of existing server, database, remote access and Windows client systems
Automation and standardisation of IT operational processes
Support of the network and security infrastructure
Handling complex customer issues in 1st-level support
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge in network, workplace and Windows system engineering
Experience with VMware as well as Microsoft and HPE technologies
In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler, Windows Server and GPO
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and SCCM
Good PowerShell and scripting skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
