Your area of responsibility
- We offer you an interesting and demanding role as a host/hostess on the wards. You are responsible for the well-being of our guests/patients in the non-medical area
- You are responsible for the daily order taking and serving of meals and drinks according to medical prescriptions
- In addition, you are the link to ensure close communication and cooperation with nursing, the kitchen and housekeeping
- Furthermore, you are responsible for checking and setting up the rooms with their complete equipment, mise-en-place in the back office, freshly making patient beds, and caring for cut flowers
Your experience
- You have completed a vocational training in gastronomy with a Federal VET Diploma as a restaurant, service, hotel specialist or housekeeper
- You are a friendly, committed personality with a high service orientation
- Good empathy in dealing with patients and discretion are a matter of course for you
- Excellent German skills, an additional national language, as well as solid PC user skills, interest in hospital care and nutrition topics complete your profile
Your prospects
- Together with your team colleagues, you cover various day shifts without room hours until 7:30 pm at the latest and perform on average two weekend shifts per month. You will receive your duty roster six weeks in advance
