What awaits you

Maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces (60% of working time)

Independently carry out technical inspection tasks in buildings under responsibility

Manage maintenance and upkeep activities

Handle various requests and minor repairs

Process daily work reports, delivery notes

Organise, accompany and supervise work carried out by contracted companies

Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors

Manage small repair projects

Regular reporting of interventions

Provide cover when needed

Maintenance of green spaces

Technical on-call duty according to schedule

What you bring

Federal VET Diploma in Operations or equivalent qualification

Several years of experience in a similar role

Good experience in administrative and technical management of small sites

Essential technical knowledge (HVAC)

Fluency in French

Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Driving licence required (service vehicle)

Autonomy, responsiveness, priority management, good communication

Interpersonal skills and service orientation

Very good physical condition, ability to work outdoors
