Your Area of Responsibility
- Ensure the stable and reliable operation of medical applications in specialised clinics such as the children’s hospital, the women’s clinic or the ENT department and be responsible for 2nd-level support
- Gather requirements from the specialised departments, analyse existing processes and continuously and practically further develop the medical applications in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate changes, service requests, releases, tests, rollouts and training, shape interfaces and data flows, and ensure structured documentation and knowledge exchange within the team
Your Experience
- Completed studies or training in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics as well as experience in application management, business analysis or process management; knowledge of healthcare as well as interface and integration management is an advantage. Good English skills or experience in professional communication in English are desirable
- Think networked, recognise optimisation potentials in complex processes and translate professional requirements into practical solutions
- Communicate clearly and target-group oriented and confidently interact with users, specialised departments, suppliers and internal IT units
- Act independently, set priorities confidently in a dynamic environment and act solution-oriented and reliably even under high pressure
