About the job
In the new Anna-Seiler-Haus, the Intermediate Care Units of Cardiac and Vascular Surgery and Cardiology, the interdisciplinary IMC of Intensive Care Medicine with Neurosurgery and Visceral Surgery, and the Stroke Unit are organised on a common platform. The IMC platform is characterised by interdisciplinarity and close collaboration between the various specialties. Patient care, education, and research are of high priority for us and are inseparably linked. You choose the specialist area that interests you the most.
What to expect
- Professional, personnel and administrative leadership of an IMC team in collaboration with other team leaders
- Support in quality assurance in nursing within the Shared Governance team
- Responsibility for the professional care of patients in the IMC area
- Interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participation in change processes, accompanying and supporting the team and individual employees
What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH as well as a postgraduate course in monitoring care or a postgraduate degree in intensive care nursing
- Leadership experience or willingness to complete leadership training
- Good communication skills, resilience and organisational skills
- Enjoyment of new challenges and interprofessional collaboration
- High professional, personal and social competencies
