Your tasks
- Independent processing and scheduling of customer and transport orders
- Coordination and appointment scheduling with customers by phone and e-mail
- Material scheduling and master data maintenance
- Handling complaints, returns and transport damages
- Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics and sales
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or a comparable education
- Professional experience in order processing or scheduling is an advantage
- Good organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form - French skills are a plus
