Your task
- Independent organisation and coordination of construction sites in building construction
- Technical and personnel leadership of the construction site team
- Planning and coordination of daily workflows
- Ensuring professional, high-quality execution
- Coordination and collaboration with site management, client, and other project participants
- Monitoring deadlines, work progress, and material requirements
- Digital reporting as well as support with material ordering
- Compliance with occupational safety and health protection regulations
- Active participation on the construction site
- Varied and responsible construction projects in building construction
- Independent work with a great deal of personal responsibility
- Scope for creativity and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
- Modern work tools and contemporary infrastructure

- Organisational talent and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills
