Precision Mechanic / 5-Axis CNC Programmer (M/F)

Work rate: 100%

Your main tasks

Attached to the production team, you ensure the manufacture of complex, high value-added parts. As such, your responsibilities are as follows:

• CAM programming: Creation, development and optimisation of machining programmes using the GibbsCAM software.

• 5-axis machining: Setting up, trial running and operating a MATEC 30 HV milling machine (Heidenhain numerical control).

• Production & Inspection: Manufacturing single parts or small/medium series in compliance with quality requirements, dimensions and tolerances.

• Optimisation: Monitoring tooling, continuous improvement of machining strategies and solving technical problems.

Your profile

• Training: Federal VET Diploma as Precision Mechanic, Polymechanic or equivalent qualification.

• Technical skills:

  • Proven mastery of the CAD/CAM software GibbsCAM.

  • Solid practical experience with Heidenhain control.

  • Expertise with 5-axis milling machines (prior experience on a MATEC machine is a major advantage).

• Personal qualities: You are autonomous, rigorous, precise and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
