As a Floor Housekeeper you will be at the heart of the action, supervising, coordinating and ensuring the quality of the cleaning teams' work. Your essential role will be to maintain exceptional cleanliness and customer service standards. You will skilfully and rigorously lead chambermaids, valets and porters, ensuring that each member of your team excels in their duties.
Your watchful eye will regularly inspect the impeccable condition of rooms and common areas, ready to welcome guests. From the meticulous organisation of maintenance schedules to the management of cleaning product stocks, you will be the guarantor of operational efficiency and smoothness.
