Responsibilities:
- As head of digital product development, you shape the further development of our tax solution for cantons, municipalities, and cities with a focus on assessment, tax register, and securities.
- You gather and analyse requirements in exchange with customers and specialist departments and derive viable solution proposals from them.
- You structure requirements in requirements engineering, define clear user stories, and ensure their comprehensibility for the development teams.
- In this role, you maintain and prioritise the product backlog while keeping scope, quality, and customer benefit in view.
- You contribute to roadmap and release planning and coordinate professional priorities among the involved stakeholders.
- As head of digital product development, you lead and moderate specialist groups with customer representatives and work closely with project management, delivery, and development in the agile project team.
Qualifications:
- You have a higher degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification at FH/HF/university level.
- Several years of professional experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a similar role in the context of software projects distinguish you.
- In exchange with customers, specialist departments, and development teams, you communicate confidently and can clearly specify requirements thanks to your technical understanding.
- You work in a structured manner, set clear priorities, pay attention to high quality, and drive topics independently with strong implementation skills.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in the area of tax assessment, public administration, or comparably demanding business processes.
