Automation Technician PLC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Programming, commissioning and optimisation of PLC controls and automation systems.
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems as well as implementation of adjustments and expansions.
- Configuration and integration of sensors, actuators and other components into control systems.
- Conducting tests, commissioning and acceptance in close cooperation with the engineering team.
- Documentation of completed work and preparation of technical documents.
- Support in training and instructing customers and employees.
- Compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines in all work processes.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an automation technician or electronics technician EFZ with further education in automation technology.
- Several years of professional experience in programming PLC controls, preferably Siemens S7.
- Good knowledge of drive technology and experience with HMI systems.
- Experience with common programming languages (e.g. Structured Text, Ladder Logic).
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Teamwork skills, strong communication and customer orientation.
