Responsibilities:
- As part of our team, you are responsible for receiving and processing service orders
- You independently carry out repairs and installations, either on-site at the customer or in our workshop
- Adjusting and modifying devices according to specific requirements is part of your daily tasks
- You serve as a competent contact person for our customers, providing technical instructions and information
- Additionally, you support the team in setting up and managing exhibition stands
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, or automotive mechanic EFZ
- Ideally, you hold an "ESTI connection permit", which complements your qualification
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications facilitates your daily work
- Practical experience in household appliances is an advantage and rounds off your profile
- Fluent German and also knowledge of French
