Joining Genedis for your MP-E internship means discovering the activities of a customer service department within a regional company active in the energy and multimedia sectors. You will benefit from quality support and develop your administrative, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Your internship

During your training year, you will be expected to:

• Advise and assist customers regarding our subscriptions and multimedia services

• Process contracts, customer requests, and various administrative procedures

• Participate in the follow-up of billing, cancellations, and reception activities.

Profile sought

Your prerequisites

• Position reserved exclusively for students of business and general culture schools (ECCG)

• Successfully completed the 3 years of ECCG to meet the admission requirements for the professional maturity in Economics and Services, "economics" type
