What is my role?

• Responsibility for financial and operational accounting as well as controlling

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER

• Conducting target-actual comparisons and variance analyses

• Development of forecasts and budgets

• Further development and optimisation of controlling instruments

• Preparation of meaningful management reports and decision-making bases

• Support and further development of the ERP system

• Participation in strategic projects and process optimisations

• Contact person for auditors, trustees and authorities

• Leadership and development of a small team

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in business administration, controlling or comparable education (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting)

• Several years of professional experience in controlling and accounting

• Sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER

• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel

• Analytical thinking and structured working method

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Hands-on mentality and initiative

• Very good German skills, English skills advantageous

• Experience in staff management desirable
