Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Specialist Construction Manager: Building Services HLKSE for the technical coordination and realisation of demanding building construction projects. You will be responsible for the cross-trade interaction of heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary and electrical and accompany the building services from execution planning to commissioning and acceptance. The focus is on managing costs, schedules, quality and technical interfaces as well as coordinating specialist planners, contractors and suppliers. You will assess and optimise technical solutions regarding feasibility, cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency and later operation.
Responsibilities:
Technical leadership and cross-trade coordination of HLKSE building services engineering
Management of technical execution regarding costs, schedules, quality and project requirements
Support and review of execution, detail and workshop planning
Coordination of interfaces between heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary, electrical and building automation
Leadership of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and technical specialists during realisation
Supervision of building services on site and conducting quality and execution controls
Review and optimisation of technical solutions regarding cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, feasibility and operation
Management of HLKSE coordination and technical meetings including action item management
Support with tenders, submissions, awards and contracts
Review and processing of claims, changes in scope and technical contractor services
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA, SWKI, VKF and other Swiss standards and guidelines
Coordination of commissioning, functional tests, integral tests, acceptance and defect rectification
Support of technical handover including as-built and system documentation
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in building services engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
Further education as technician HF, engineer FH/BSc, federally certified expert or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in at least one HLKSE trade as well as good cross-trade system understanding
Experience in specialist construction management, construction management, project management or technical execution of building services projects
Sound knowledge of relevant SIA, SWKI, VKF and safety regulations
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and digital project or collaboration platforms
Very good German language skills spoken and written
