Job Description:

Randstad Bulle, a major player in placement in the canton of Fribourg, is actively seeking qualified and experienced construction machine operators to strengthen the teams of our local partner companies. You will be required to work on various civil engineering and construction sites.

Your main tasks:

• Operating construction machinery (tracked or wheeled excavators, loaders, dumpers, etc.) in compliance with safety regulations.

• Performing earthworks, excavations, levelling and soil preparation.

• Basic daily maintenance of assigned machines.

• Close collaboration with ground teams and the site manager.

• Strict adherence to safety instructions (SUVA) and site regulations.

• Machine operator licence (M1 to M7) essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the civil engineering or construction sector in Switzerland.
• Ability to work independently while having a team spirit.
• Dynamic, rigorous and responsible.
• Geographical flexibility within the canton of Fribourg.
• Driving licence and vehicle are a major advantage.
