What you can contribute

• Ensure the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance as well as optimisation of the sanitary and thermal installations at the Posieux site
• Guarantee the availability, reliability and performance of the installations
• Ensure the continuity of water and heat supply necessary for the site's operation
• Be the technical reference in your field and collaborate with other maintenance trades, users and specialised companies working on the installations
• Work in a varied environment, ranging from technical installations related to research to agricultural operating infrastructures
• Participate in the on-call service as well as in the monitoring of the building's safety installations

What makes you unique

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the sanitary/heating field or equivalent professional training. Good knowledge in other building technology areas is an asset
• At least 5 years of professional experience in building technology and maintenance
• Responsible and reliable person. Ability to find suitable solutions to various building technology challenges
• Analytical mind, sense of responsibility and ability to independently and pragmatically seek solutions
• Result- and practice-oriented person, excellent communication skills and very good team spirit
• Knowledge of two official languages
