Building Services Planner / Sanitary EFZ (m/f/d)
What should you bring?
- Completed training as a Building Services Planner: Sanitary EFZ
- Initial professional experience in sanitary planning is an advantage
- Good knowledge of CAD programmes (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) as well as MS Office
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and customer-oriented manner
- Very good German language skills
- Residence in Switzerland, driving licence category B is an advantage
- Interest in diverse projects in residential, commercial and industrial sectors
What can you expect?
- Drawing and planning of sanitary installations (preliminary project to execution)
- Creating schematics, technical documents and tenders
- Quantity surveys as well as support with cost estimates
- Coordination with architects, specialist planners and contractors
- Participation in construction meetings and support of project management
- Technical site management in the sanitary sector including site acceptance and defect inspections
- Monitoring deadlines and quality on site
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
