For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a:
Property Management Assistant
Your tasks:
Assist the property manager to ensure the administrative and technical management of a property portfolio on behalf of our owner.
- Ensure high-quality telephone and face-to-face reception for our owner or tenant clients as well as with concierges and building supervisors,
- Guarantee the preparation of work orders, requests for quotes and the monitoring of their execution,
- Handle the re-invoicing of works charged to tenants and follow up on reimbursements,
- Manage claims administration (declaration, follow-up and recovery),
- Ensure the processing of invoices (allocation and description handling),
- Prepare entry and exit condition reports and follow up on files,
- Prepare exit statements, order works related to exit statements and monitor them,
- Draw up leases and amendments related to these rentals and respond to subletting requests,
- Collaborate in managing rent increases, indexations, staggerings and reductions,
- Various administrative tasks related to the position.
Profile sought:
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee and have proven experience (3 years) in a property management company for an administrative or technical assistant position,
- Have good knowledge of tenancy law,
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and appreciate responsibility and autonomy,
- Have an excellent command of French and be very comfortable with numbers,
- Be proficient with common IT tools (Word, Excel). Knowledge of Quorum is an asset.
