Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Ventilation / HVAC for the independent planning and realisation of demanding building technology projects. You will be responsible for projects with a focus on ventilation from the concept and design phase through tendering and execution planning to site supervision, commissioning, and handover. In addition to the technical design, you will take on the coordination of clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors and lead internal project teams. The position combines demanding HVAC planning, CAD, site supervision, and project management with a high level of technical responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of HVAC projects with a focus on ventilation
Project handling from the concept and design phase through execution planning to realisation
Technical sizing and design of ventilation and HVAC systems considering energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational safety
Creation and processing of floor plans, schematic diagrams, tenders, and technical documentation
Planning with common CAD systems, ideally Plancal Nova, as well as coordination of digital planning bases
Coordination of building technology interfaces with clients, architects, specialist planners, contractors, and other project participants
Assumption of site supervision HVAC/ventilation and control of execution regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
Preparation, participation, and leadership of project, coordination, and construction meetings
Handling of tenders and awards as well as technical review of contractor offers
Support of acceptances, functional checks, and commissioning as well as ensuring complete project documentation
Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality control of assigned projects
Professional leadership and coordination of internal project teams as well as support for junior specialist planners
Qualifications:
Degree as Technician HF Building Technology, Engineer FH Building Technology or comparable higher technical education
Several years of professional experience in ventilation planning and HVAC design in the Swiss construction environment
Solid experience in site supervision and support of HVAC projects during realisation
Good CAD skills, ideally experience with Plancal Nova
Comprehensive knowledge in sizing, design, tendering, and commissioning of ventilation systems
Experience in technical project management and leading project teams
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology standards
