- Managing social insurance claims (pensions, supplementary benefits, IPV, NE, HE, etc.)
- Administration with health insurance companies, checking medical bills and processing benefit statements
- Clarifications with authorities, institutions, banks and insurance companies
- Preparing accountability reports for the Child and Adult Protection Authority
- Maintaining client files including accounting in the specialist application Tutoris
Your profile
- Commercial training and several years of professional experience, preferably in the social insurance sector
- Further training as a social insurance caseworker is an advantage
- High resilience, networked thinking and good communication skills
- Structured and careful working method with a strong service orientation
- Open, humorous personality with a positive team spirit
