Abacus Application Manager (m/f/d)
Our partner offers WLAN and Network Access Control solutions and software development. The strengths of our ROCKEN partner lie in the evaluation, planning, implementation as well as operation and support of WLAN and Network Access Control solutions.
Role:
Digital business processes require stable and intelligent software solutions. We are looking for a committed individual who will drive the further development of a modern ERP landscape and act as a central interface between departments, technology and users.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of the Abacus ERP platform
Analysis, optimisation and digitalisation of existing business processes
Implementation of requirements from various departments and conversion into efficient system solutions
Coordination of updates, releases and functional extensions
Configuration and further development of Abacus modules
Support of interfaces to surrounding systems and digital platforms
Support in automation projects to increase process efficiency
Conducting tests, error analyses and quality assurance
Consulting and supporting users on technical and professional issues
Participation in ERP and digitalisation projects
Qualifications:
Experience in supporting and further developing Abacus applications
Sound knowledge in the ERP environment as well as understanding of digital business processes
Experience with system configuration, process optimisation and application management
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Structured and independent working style
Enjoyment in connecting technology, processes and people
