Role:
Do you want to shape demanding purchasing projects and contribute your experience in strategic procurement? In this position, you combine economic thinking with the coordination of public tendering procedures. You support internal departments in important purchasing decisions, develop procurement concepts and bring new impulses to the digitalisation of existing processes.
Responsibilities:
You accompany public procurement projects and organise the individual steps from tendering to contract award.
You develop purchasing strategies for various product groups and strengthen collaboration with suitable business partners.
You independently plan and coordinate demanding purchasing projects.
You support internal departments in clarifying requirements and jointly develop appropriate procurement specifications.
You compare suppliers and their services based on defined evaluation criteria.
You conduct price and contract negotiations with business partners at home and abroad.
You examine market developments and economic potentials and derive appropriate improvement measures.
You help shape the modernisation of purchasing processes and support the expansion of digital procurement solutions.
Qualifications:
You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or a related field.
You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing, category management or project purchasing.
You are familiar with contract management and conducting purchasing negotiations.
Ideally, you have experience with public tenders and award procedures.
You have independently accompanied and successfully implemented complex procurement projects.
You convince with analytical thinking, negotiation skills, integrity, communication strength as well as an independent and structured working style.
You have business fluent German and English skills; French skills are welcome.
