YOUR MISSIONS

As a Close Care Resource Person, your role requires expertise in several areas:

• As a CCRP, you ensure the proper implementation of the support programme for Close Carers within ASPMAD. You recognise the expertise of carers and the impact of their role on their daily lives.
• You take into account their resources, difficulties, limits and needs during interviews with close carers.
• You support carers in their requests for assistance and coordinate the procedures.
• You maintain the teams’ vigilance regarding the detection of at-risk situations.
• You handle administrative tasks and liaise with the relevant services and external partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a HES qualification, with 2 years’ experience required in home help and care.
• You have a good knowledge of the health and social systems of the Canton of Vaud.
• You have a clear interest in older age and home support.
• Responsible and autonomous, you also have very good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability are among your strengths.
• You hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
