Abacus Consultant Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Our Rocken partner is a Switzerland-wide consulting company with a versatile service portfolio. The company supports clients from various industries with solutions in fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as comprehensive IT solutions. For the internal finance department, a committed individual is sought who will take responsibility in accounting and actively contribute to the further development of (digital) processes.
Responsibilities:
You support cities and municipalities in the use of Abacus software and assist them especially with questions regarding financial accounting and bookkeeping.
You analyse the requirements of the administrations, develop suitable solution concepts and implement these with the corresponding Abacus modules.
You take on the management of subprojects and projects and coordinate the planning, implementation and timely realisation of the agreed services.
You conduct presentations and training sessions, both directly on-site at the administrations and online, and convey complex content in an understandable manner.
You actively participate in customer projects, document requirements and accompany the implementation from the initial consultation to successful introduction.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in business administration or business informatics at the level of a professional certificate, higher vocational school, university of applied sciences or university.
You bring professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the environment of public administrations.
You have sound knowledge of Abacus software or have already gained experience in consulting and implementing ERP solutions.
You work process-oriented, plan tasks in a structured way and approach even complex requirements analytically and precisely.
You are a communicative, open and team-oriented personality who quickly familiarises themselves with new topics and thinks in a networked way.
