Business Consultant ERP (m/f/d)
Role:
When business understanding meets technology, solutions with real added value are created. This position is aimed at a personality who not only administers ERP systems but questions, improves, and translates business processes into modern digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for demanding consulting projects around modern ERP processes
Translating professional requirements into practical system solutions
Advising companies on the further development of their digital process landscape
Analysing existing workflows and identifying optimisation potential
Developing efficient workflows and automation solutions
Designing and implementing Abacus functionalities
Supporting customer projects from requirements analysis to productive implementation
Coordinating between departments, project teams, and technical specialists
Creating solution concepts, process documentation, and decision templates
Supporting migrations, system adjustments, and functional extensions
Continuous development of the ERP solutions and processes used
Contributing to the introduction of new digital tools and technologies
Qualifications:
Degree or training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field
Professional experience in the ERP environment, business analysis, or IT consulting
Practical knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
Understanding of finance, personnel, administration, or other business processes
Experience in requirements engineering or process analysis
Structured, entrepreneurial, and independent working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Interest in digitalisation, automation, and modern business technologies
