In this role as a certified auditor, you take responsibility for auditing demanding mandates from various industries, company sizes, and legal forms, while continuously expanding your professional network. You independently manage clients, can take on mandate responsibility, and strengthen your leadership and specialist skills. You benefit from a culture of collaboration in a respectful working environment and from individual development opportunities through internal and external training as well as special support programmes for managers. Thanks to various branches in the region, you can coordinate work and residence geographically well, work location-independently (home office), and benefit from an annual working time model with the possibility to compensate for overtime.
Responsibilities:
You ensure professional auditing and consulting of clients, in direct contact with other specialists
You lead a young, dynamic audit team on site as part of mandate processing
You further develop your client relationships by supporting them in complex matters
You are part of the digital transformation and actively shape tools and processes
You act as a role model for your colleagues and support them in their individual development
Qualifications:
You are a certified auditor with prior work experience as an auditor
You have strong social skills, are communicative, and enjoy working in a team
You like taking responsibility and actively shaping the future
You are characterised by a pronounced analytical mindset and a high standard of quality
You enjoy working in a digital and dynamic work environment
