To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Project Manager Digitalisation from 1 September or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you strengthen our organisation by developing, implementing and optimising technical as well as procedural solutions. You actively contribute to achieving efficiency gains, implementing sustainable improvements and supporting further company growth.

• You analyse the requirements from the business, structure and prioritise them, and ensure they fit the company strategy.
• Together with our specialist departments and external partners, you develop practical solutions that create real added value.
• You lead projects and sub-projects to further develop and digitalise our business processes – from the idea to successful implementation.
• You recognise optimisation potential, initiate improvements and actively accompany changes.
• You build and maintain a network with industry experts to identify trends and innovations early.
• You plan and organise training for our employees, conduct these and continuously develop digital learning content and training materials.
• You define relevant KPIs, monitor their development and derive insights for measuring the success of projects and innovations.
• You ensure transparency about usage, costs, investments and the achieved added value through regular reporting.

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• You have several years of experience in project work, project management or innovation management.
• You have further education or higher vocational training in project management or a comparable field.
• You have sound IT knowledge that goes beyond common office applications.
• You think analytically, approach challenges solution-oriented and keep an overview even with complex issues.
• You work in a structured, independent and goal-oriented manner.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly and manage to engage different stakeholders and inspire them for new ideas.
• You enjoy teamwork and like to work cross-departmentally with different people.
• Even in demanding situations, you act constructively, solution-oriented and handle conflicts professionally.
• You have very good German and French skills. English skills are a plus.
• You work agilely and independently and are willing to travel within Switzerland.
