Managing Director / CEO (m/f/d).
Your Main Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic Leadership: Overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of the company.
Team Leadership & Development: Personnel and professional leadership of employees (drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff); fostering a motivating and performance-oriented work culture.
Operations Organisation & Dispatch: Ensuring smooth operational processes (experience in truck dispatch is a significant advantage) as well as optimisation of processes and routes.
Customer & Supplier Management: Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, negotiating with partners, and acquiring new business.
Fleet & Resource Management: Monitoring the vehicle fleet (maintenance, utilisation, legal regulations, and occupational safety).
Financial Responsibility: Budget planning, cost control, key performance indicator monitoring, and reporting.
Qualifications
Your Profile
Industry Experience: Solid practical experience in the transport and logistics sector (focus on trucks) is essential.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in personnel management and team development.
Dispatch Know-how: Experience in commercial vehicle dispatch is a clear advantage.
Language Skills:
German: Business fluent / fluent in spoken and written form (native or C2 level).
French: Good knowledge is an advantage (for customer and partner contacts in Western Switzerland).
Entrepreneurial Thinking: Resilient, solution-oriented, assertive, and with a strong service awareness.
Local Connection: Willingness to work in the Lucerne region.
