Senior IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
This ROCKEN partner is a leading provider of dental software and IT technology in dental medicine on the Swiss market with their software. The innovative IT total solutions are modular custom-made products. They adapt to the individual customer needs and wishes. This guarantees efficient and profitable workflows in the practice. Responsibilities:
Support and advice for customers on site including conducting training sessions and technical introductions
Analysis and handling of application and IT enquiries as well as support with technical faults
Parameterisation, configuration and adaptation of business applications according to customer requirements
Installation and maintenance of hardware and telephony solutions as well as support with technical integrations
Planning, coordination and accompaniment of customer projects from implementation to handover
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT or application support
Experience with application support, hardware installation and telephony solutions
Fluent German skills as well as good English skills and strong customer orientation
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter from a border region
