Digitalise processes, automate information, and develop solutions that are actually used within the company.
ECM is increasingly becoming the central hub for information, documents, and digital business processes. We are looking for a technically strong consultant who analyses complex requirements and develops robust, integrated solutions from them. An ideal role for business informatics specialists or computer scientists interested in digitalisation and business applications.
Responsibilities:
Technical conception and implementation of demanding ECM projects
Development of digital processes for document management, approvals, and information flows
Analysis of customer requirements and creation of technical solution concepts
Modelling and automation of business processes
Integration of ECM systems into ERP, CRM, and other corporate platforms
Development and connection of modern APIs and interfaces
Configuration and further development of workflows, role models, and authorisation concepts
Technical support of system migrations and data transfers
Execution of system tests, integration checks, and quality assurance
Analysis and resolution of technical problems
Optimisation of existing solutions regarding performance, maintainability, and user-friendliness
Support of customers in the introduction of new digital processes
Creation of technical documentation and architecture concepts
Monitoring new developments in ECM, automation, and artificial intelligence
Participation in the further development of standards and technical solution components
Qualifications:
Completed university degree in computer science or business informatics is mandatory
Experience in a technically oriented IT environment
Interest in ECM, document management, and digital process optimisation
Knowledge of software integration, APIs, and data structures
Understanding of relational databases and modern application architectures
Ideally experience with workflow systems or business process management
Ability to analyse requirements in a structured manner and implement them technically
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of varied customer and digitalisation projects
Strong communication skills and professional technical appearance
Willingness to continuously familiarise oneself with new technologies
