At the heart of our organisation, you are the technical reference for medium and low voltage network equipment (MV-LV). In close collaboration with our internal teams, clients, and external partners, you apply your technical expertise to find suitable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

As both a technical expert and key contact, you analyse needs, provide concrete solutions, and contribute to developing lasting relationships with our clients and partners.

Your responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on technical tickets and requests from internal teams.
• Provide your expertise and support to technical project managers in researching and implementing solutions.
• Develop and structure the technical data required for article referencing in our catalogue.
• Advise internal teams and clients on equipment and technical solutions suited to their needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to identify the most relevant solutions.
• Be a reference contact for all technical questions related to MV-LV network equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data, processes, and technical solutions offered to our clients.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a network electrician or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial, energy, or technical environment, ideally with advisory or client relationship responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in MV-LV network equipment and installations.
• Experience in a liaison role between technical teams, clients, and partners.
• Excellent service orientation, listening skills, and communication.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Autonomy, rigour, sense of responsibility, and ease working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of German and English: an asset.
• Very good command of MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
