About the job
We are looking for a senior business analyst with experience in projects conducted using agile methodologies. This business analyst will be responsible for conducting studies, analyses, solution research, coordinating business tests, and performing integration tests to meet cyber requirements.
Main activities:
*Contribute to the evolution of cyber administration repositories
*Contribute to developments in digital identities
*Ensure the solution meets functional requirements and manage any changes
*Describe features in the form of "User Stories" and acceptance criteria, prioritise them in a Backlog
*Facilitate/participate in workshops with various stakeholders using agile techniques
*Elicit business needs to refine functional and non-functional requirements
*Define the testing strategy and organisation
*Design and execute tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques while adhering to agreed standards (e.g. XRAY)
*Manage the execution of test cases by stakeholders
*Handle anomalies from detection to validation of their correction.
Profile:
*HES degree or bachelor's in computer science or engineering degree,
*8 years or more experience in functional/business analysis of IT projects,
*Significant experience in specifying business requirements as "User Stories",
*Process modelling (AS-IS / TO-BE)
*3 years or more experience in Agile/Scrum teams
*Fluent in French, both spoken and written
*Experience in IAM / SSO / access management / digital identities
*Experience in implementing repositories and corresponding tools (MDM / data catalogue)
*Experience in implementing business repository governance
*Facilitation of collaborative workshops using collective intelligence techniques,
*Use of backlog management tools (e.g. JIRA),
*Experience with test plan definition and execution tools (e.g. XRAY).
EU nationality / Swiss work permit required
