Senior Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Senior Construction Manager? In this role, you take responsibility for large residential construction projects and successfully lead them with your experience and expertise. You are responsible for the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. With your professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in building construction, you are the ideal candidate for this demanding position. You bring your skills and experience to master complex construction projects and achieve your goals.
Responsibilities:
- You take on the local construction management from contract award to project completion
- You coordinate all contractors involved in the construction throughout the entire project duration
- You plan and monitor schedules, quality, and costs for the project sections entrusted to you
- You lead meetings with internal and external partners, from tender negotiations to billing
- You act as a competent contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, and craftsmen
- As a Senior Construction Manager, you are responsible for the successful implementation of construction projects
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification as a federally certified construction manager, HF technician in building construction, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of solid professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland, ideally in the realisation of large projects.
- SIA standards are part of your daily routine.
- You are open to digital working methods and confidently use MS Office as well as construction administration software.
- You maintain an overview during negotiations and coordination of various stakeholders even in highly complex situations and find pragmatic solutions.
- You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility towards junior construction managers, and convince with initiative, strong communication skills, and a structured working style.
