Apprenticeship as Commercial Employee EFZ

Your tasks

• You will work in the areas of reception, patient admission, accounting, procurement, human resources and patient billing
• You will take on commercial tasks such as mail processing and operating the telephone switchboard
• You will create letters, contracts and process patient data
• You will be in personal and telephone contact with patients and their relatives or health insurance companies as well as with employees
• You will post/create vouchers and invoices, process offers and orders
• You will plan and organise events
• You will supervise our trial apprentices and participate in career fairs and our career information events

What you bring with you

• Good secondary school leaving certificate (level E/M or level A)
• Independent working style
• A flair for dealing with numbers, languages and IT tools
• Ability to learn and enthusiasm as well as a sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment and pleasure in dealing with people
• Multicheck / Stellwerk

The thurmed AG provides services in the healthcare sector of the canton of Thurgau and the surrounding regions. It operates Spital Thurgau AG, which includes, among others, the cantonal hospitals Frauenfeld and Münsterlingen, the Psychiatric Services Thurgau, the St. Katharinental Clinic as well as other companies that provide services in and for healthcare.
