Besides innovation and pioneering spirit, the strength of our ROCKEN partner lies in the fully integrated process chain, which extends from creation to application on the bottle. With a skilled team that approaches closure design and development with dedication and curiosity, builds the moulds, produces the closures, and supports customers in applying the closures. Worldwide, around 20 percent of all PET bottles for soft drinks are equipped with closures from our ROCKEN partner.
Role:
You are the creative designer behind our product solutions. You conceptualise and design highly precise closure solutions and the associated injection moulds. Your expertise leads development projects (prototype moulds) and solves complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualisation and detailed design of closure solutions, injection moulds, assemblies, and required auxiliary tools.
Creation of all necessary technical documents, including draft and detailed drawings, layouts, schematics, and parts lists.
Management of product development projects, especially in the area of prototype moulds and their optimisation.
Coordination, monitoring and active control of the entire project process.
Analysis of technical problems, development of well-founded solution proposals, and support of implementation.
Qualifications:
Completed training as a designer, production or polymechanic with further education as a mechanical technician HF or mechanical engineer.
Proven experience in the design of injection mould tools and in handling 3D CAD systems.
Experience in project management, combined with the ability to communicate clearly and appropriately for the target group at all hierarchical levels.
