IT System Specialist Microsoft Workplace (m/f/d)

Role:
More than classic support – actively shaping modern Microsoft technologies.
We are looking for an IT professional who combines operational responsibility with exciting transformation projects. Besides supporting internal users, this position offers the opportunity to sustainably co-design modern cloud and identity solutions.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring professional internal IT support
Support and further development of the Microsoft Workplace environment
Planning and execution of the migration to Microsoft Entra ID
Introduction of modern authentication and security concepts
Administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows clients
Development of small automation solutions with PowerShell
Support during rollouts and introduction of new cloud services
Collaboration with external IT partners and internal departments
Optimisation of existing IT processes and support workflows
Participation in projects related to Modern Workplace and Cloud Services
Qualifications:
Experience in IT support or system engineering with a Microsoft focus
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365
Experience in client management and workplace administration
Good PowerShell skills are an advantage
Understanding of identity and access management
Solution-oriented, communicative, and independent working style
Interest in modern cloud and security technologies
