Our client, a recognised player in the industry, is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to strengthen their Quality team at their Vernier site. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GMP requirements on site.Train and raise awareness among employees about good quality practices.Conduct internal audits and support teams in continuous improvement.Lead investigations related to non-conformities and quality complaints.Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.Participate in risk analyses and change management.Work closely with Supply Chain and Maintenance teams.Higher education in Chemistry, Sciences, Analytical Chemistry or a similar field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated industrial environment.Excellent knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 standards and ideally EFfCI.Experience in internal audits and continuous improvement.Fluent French and very good level of English.Proactive, rigorous person, capable of influencing and uniting around quality issues.
Profile
