Your Tasks and Prospects

• Reception and competent care of employees as well as organisation of the consultation hours
• Independent management of the consultation hours including appointment scheduling and coordination
• Completion of administrative tasks and general correspondence
• Implementation of diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive measures such as blood sampling and vaccinations
• Work assignments in the Occupational Health Service at HOCH's peripheral locations

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Health Specialist EFZ
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for a dynamic working environment
• Independent, structured and careful working style as well as networked thinking
• Interest in occupational medical topics and enjoyment in advising employees
• High motivation, patient orientation and enjoyment of administrative tasks
