For the Romandy region, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for a:
Specialist in Mandates & Partnerships (60%)
Create concrete bridges between executives in transition and Romandy companies
Within the cantonal InnoPark programme, you play a key role: developing a network of partner companies, identifying concrete project mandates and supporting participants in real situations. As a specialist, you also provide precise support in application procedures. Your mastery of digital tools and AI is essential to assist profiles in career transition towards a new professional reality.
Your mission
- Source and develop unpaid project mandates with partner companies in French-speaking Switzerland
- Ensure rigorous management of mandates and participant follow-up in strict compliance with current legal and contractual requirements (LACI, SECO guidelines)
Your main responsibilities
- Partnership development – prospecting and retaining companies ready to host mandate holders
- Mandate placement – identifying the right project for each profile, negotiating immersion conditionsFollow-up and reporting – measuring reintegration indicators, documenting pathways, results and producing reports for the canton (SDE)
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management or business development, with an established network of companies in French-speaking Switzerland
- Proven experience supporting profiles in career transition or disrupted pathwaysAbility to manage several mandates and participants simultaneouslyAutonomy, diplomatic sense and sharp commercial acumen, with a strong results orientationHigher education (University of Applied Sciences, university or equivalent)
