We are looking for our client, a :

Responsibilities :

• Management of a property portfolio
• Conduct inspections, preliminary visits and condition reports
• Technical monitoring of maintenance and renovation works
• Organise and monitor the services of various contractors, including maintenance contracts
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules
• Contact with owners and tenants

Profile :

• Commercial employee CFC in the real estate sector or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a technical assistant or junior manager within a real estate agency
  
• Good stress resistance and effective priority management
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
  
• Driving licence required
