Job Description

• Manage independently the complete accounting of an entity based in Germany.
• Ensure monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare VAT and Intrastat declarations.
• Prepare financial statements and tax data.
• Perform accounting reconciliations and payroll entries.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax partners.
• Participate in the group’s consolidated closings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, digitalisation and automation of financial processes.
• Participate in the implementation of a new state-of-the-art ERP system.

We Expect

• Higher education in accounting, finance or equivalent federal diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment.
• Excellent command of general accounting and closings.
• Knowledge of Swiss and European accounting standards.
• Experience with an ERP (Oracle, SAP or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong interest in digital tools, automation and artificial intelligence.
• Fluent German is essential.
• Very good knowledge of French and English.
