- You support employees regarding support requests and various IT technical questions
- You maintain and develop the Microsoft environment (M365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams)
- You take care of systems and network (clients, infrastructure, locations)
- You work on automation, virtualisation, standardisation and IT projects. Depending on your know-how, you will realise intensive and exciting projects.
- You actively engage in the training of apprentices (an important part of your role)
- You already have several years of practical experience in IT, ideally as an all-rounder with broad IT experience
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, system technology (client/server, hybrid), networks (basics, ideally security understanding)
- You enjoy support and working with people
- You work independently, pragmatically and in a structured manner

- You ensure with your team that IT runs stably and reliably in everyday life- You support employees regarding support requests and various IT technical questions

Profile
- You have training in IT (IT specialist EFZ or equivalent)- You already have several years of practical experience in IT, ideally as an all-rounder with broad IT experience
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, system technology (client/server, hybrid), networks (basics, ideally security understanding)
- You enjoy support and working with people
- You work independently, pragmatically and in a structured manner
