For a future-oriented company based in Schwerzenbach, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual. SAP Key User / Internal Sales (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• You take on the main responsibility as SAP Key User in the Sales & Distribution (SD) area.
• You play a significant role in the transition to S/4HANA and continuously optimise existing processes.
• You act as an internal contact person for SAP topics, work closely with IT, and advise power and key users from other departments.
• You analyse requirements, develop practical solutions, and successfully lead (partial) projects.
• You train employees in the SAP SD environment and create the corresponding training materials.
• You support the team in the operational internal sales department with quotation preparation, order processing, and telephone service.

Your profile

• You must have several years of experience as an SAP Key User in the SD module.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience or participated in S/4HANA projects and have a strong IT affinity.
• You have professional experience as a clerk in internal sales.
• You are characterised by a strongly developed, networked way of thinking and easily grasp cross-departmental processes.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment.
• You like to take responsibility, have initiative, and are a resilient team player.
• You communicate confidently in your native German and ideally have good spoken French skills.
• You impress with your cheerful personality, your humour, and your excellent MS Office skills.
