Role:

On behalf of the client, we are looking for a qualified professional as a Draughtsman EFZ specialising in Architecture with a focus on BIM, execution planning and working drawings. You will take on the model-based development of demanding working and detail plans and support the technical implementation of diverse building projects. The focus is on 3D/BIM planning, ArchiCAD, coordination of external specialist planners, and the development and optimisation of constructive detail solutions. The position offers a varied field of activity with personal responsibility and the opportunity to actively further develop digital planning processes and internal working drawing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Model-based execution and working drawing planning for demanding architectural and building projects using digital 3D/BIM methods

• Creation of precise working and detail plans considering constructive, technical and design requirements

• Processing and further development of digital building models with CAD and BIM software, especially ArchiCAD

• Review and approval of external working drawings from engineers, specialist planners and contractors regarding technical compliance and planning quality

• Coordination of planning documents and specialist models to ensure consistent and execution-ready working drawings

• Development and planning implementation of project variants with the creation of economical and technically suitable construction solutions

• Optimisation of execution details and component connections considering buildability and project-specific requirements

• Support of project management in smaller building projects by taking on defined planning and coordination tasks

• Collaboration on larger architectural projects in close cooperation with project managers, architects and specialist planners

• Quality assurance of planning documents and BIM models by checking completeness, dimensional accuracy and compliance with relevant planning standards

• Further development of internal working drawing standards and BIM processes by optimising digital working methods and planning workflows

• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the planning team by coordinating technical interfaces and solution-oriented handling of planning issues

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a Draughtsman EFZ specialising in Architecture with solid knowledge in technical architectural planning

• Good practical experience in execution, working and detail planning as well as understanding of constructive relationships and building implementation processes

• Confident use of CAD and BIM software, ideally ArchiCAD, and experience in model-based creation of planning documents

• Interest in digital architectural planning and BIM methodology with motivation to further develop 3D models, planning standards and digital working processes

• Technical understanding of detail constructions and working drawings as well as a precise and quality-conscious working style

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented personality with teamwork skills, initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for communication with project managers, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
