Interior Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a creatively and technically skilled professional as an Interior Architect / Interior Fitting for demanding projects in individual interior fitting. You will develop holistic space, furnishing, kitchen and bathroom concepts and accompany the client from the initial design idea through sampling and planning to the elaboration of the project. In doing so, you create 3D plans, visualisations as well as material and colour concepts and combine design requirements with constructive feasibility. The position offers a versatile interface between interior architecture, carpentry, customer consulting and bespoke furniture construction.
Responsibilities:
Development of individual space, furnishing and interior fitting concepts for private and commercial projects
Conceptualisation and planning of demanding kitchen, bathroom and living space solutions
Creation of designs, floor plans, detailed plans, 3D models and visualisations
Development of coordinated material, colour, surface and design concepts
Individual advice and support of clients and customers from the concept phase to final elaboration
Conducting sampling as well as selection of materials, fittings, surfaces and equipment elements
Preparation of customer presentations, project documents, cost bases and offers
Coordination of planning with carpentry, production, project management, specialist planners and other trades
Constructive elaboration of built-in furniture and individual interior fitting solutions taking technical feasibility into account
Coordination and control of plan versions, quantities and technical interfaces
Accompanying projects during implementation and supporting detail clarifications and plan adjustments
Qualifications:
Completed studies as an Interior Architect FH or comparable higher professional education
Ideally at least two years of professional experience in interior architecture, interior fitting or furniture planning
Expertise in kitchen, bathroom, furniture and interior fitting planning
Confident handling of CAD, 3D and visualisation software
Knowledge in materialisation, colour conception, furniture detailing and constructive interior fitting
Very good German skills for consulting, planning and project documentation; English skills are an advantage
